Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We stand by our product quality and customer-first approach. If you encounter any of the following issues with your order, we’ll gladly send you a free replacement:

  • Your order hasn’t arrived within 45 business days of the order date.

  • You received the wrong product, incorrect customization, or a blurry print.

  • Your item arrived damaged or broken.


💵 Refunds – Quick, Hassle-Free

If you prefer a refund over a replacement, we’ve got you covered — no return required. You don’t need to send the wrong or defective item back to us, saving you time, money, and effort.

However, refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

  • You were unavailable to receive your package or failed to retrieve it from the post office.

  • Shipping delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or tracking showing “delivered” but item missing from your mailbox.

To request a refund:

  • You must submit a request within 15 business days of receiving your order.

  • Refunds and exchanges are not available after 60 business days from your order date.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference.

Please note:

  • We only accept size-related exchange claims if the error was on our end.

  • Do not return any products unless we’ve authorized the return.

  • To ensure accurate handling, please include the following in your claim:

    • Clear photo(s) of the product showing the defect or incorrect customization.

    • Photo(s) of the size tag and item measured with a ruler (for sizing issues).

    • Photo(s) of the shipping label received.
