  • U.S. Standard Shipping: $6.99 + $2.99 for each additional item

  • International Standard Shipping: $7.99 + $2.99 for each additional item

  • Optional Shipping Insurance (+$3.00): Includes Zezyn Delivery Guarantee™ covering lost, damaged, or stolen items — plus priority customer support.

⏳ Processing & Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: 4–6 business days

  • U.S. Shipping Time: 18–21 business days

  • International Shipping Time: 20–25 business days

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed in the order they’re received. After production, your custom piece is shipped the next business day.

🌍 We ship worldwide, including to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by a tracking link.

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the tracking to update.

  • Once scanned, you’ll be able to follow your package’s journey from our studio to your doorstep.

🚫 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are unable to change shipping addresses after an order is submitted.

  • If you realize there’s an error, you may contact the shipping carrier directly to attempt a reroute.
