At Zezyn, we understand that plans change — and we’re here to make things as smooth as possible.

🕒 Change of Heart? You Have Time.

You can request changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. This includes:

  • Updating customization details (name, number, color, etc.)

  • Changing size or style

  • Modifying the shipping address

  • Cancelling the order entirely

After 24 hours, your item may already be in production or scheduled for shipment, and changes are no longer guaranteed.


📣 Why the 24-Hour Window?

All Zezyn items are made-to-order, and once production begins, resources are committed — from materials to embroidery to packaging. Early notice allows us to intervene and help before your order is too far along.

Zezyn now offers FlexTime™, a complimentary 3-hour extension window (beyond the 24 hours) for:

  • First-time customers

  • Orders that haven’t entered production queues yet

  • Requests made during off-hours (weekends/holidays)

If you message our support team within 27 hours and your order hasn’t entered production, we’ll still help you cancel or modify it — no questions asked.
