1. How Do I Place My Order?

It’s easy! Just choose your preferred style, select your options, and click “Add to Cart”. Follow the checkout steps, and you’re done!
We’ll start crafting your custom gear and notify you as soon as it ships.


2. How Long Will It Take to Ship My Order?

Production takes 18–21 business days.
For international orders, allow an additional 7–14 days for delivery, depending on the destination.


3. Why Isn’t My Tracking Number Working?

Tracking numbers may take 5–7 business days to activate in the carrier’s system.
Still not updating? Sometimes packages are delayed or mis-scanned. If it doesn’t update after a few days, reach out to the shipping carrier or our team — we’ll look into it for you.


4. My Order Is Late — What Should I Do?

If your order hasn’t arrived after:

  • 21 business days (U.S.), or

  • 30 business days (International)
